Transaction Failure Refund
In eventuality of failure of any transaction due to any technical fault whatsoever, the refund of transaction amount shall be initiated within 24 to 48 hours, however the concerned bank may take 4-7 working days to post the credit to your account.
First Payment Refund
Company may extend a refund to the User only for their first payment in case there is no feasibility to build a new connection at the requested address.
Success Transaction Issues
In case you have received a success confirmation but not received credit towards your bill payment or any other case you are welcome to lodge a complaint via any means as mentioned on our contact us page.
